Gymisphere is our own product. We founded it, designed it, and built it: a modern platform for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academies that replaces the tangle of spreadsheets, payment tools, and scheduling apps most schools run on. It's the clearest proof of what we do — we don't just build software for clients, we build and run our own.

The Challenge
BJJ academies run on a patchwork of generic gym software, spreadsheets, and manual billing — none of it built for how a jiu jitsu school actually operates. We saw it firsthand and built the platform we wished existed: one system that understands belts, programs, waivers, and the rhythm of mat life, with billing and engagement built in.
What We Built
- Architected a secure, multi-tenant SaaS so each academy gets an isolated, brandable instance.
- Built the operational core: membership management, recurring billing, class scheduling, and digital waivers.
- Shipped coach and admin tooling — rosters, attendance, belt/stripe tracking, and role-based access.
- Added student engagement: in-app messaging, announcements, and check-in streaks to drive retention.
